This website, nakhrey.shop ("Nakhrey"), is owned and operated by Nirnay Education & Services Private Limited ("we", "us"), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. By accessing or purchasing from this Website you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account. You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information (including delivery address and phone number) you provide.

2. Products & Pricing. We sell dupattas, stoles, scarves and related accessories. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately; minor variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, and the handcrafted nature of many products — such variations are not defects. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.

3. Orders & Payment. An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds (prepaid) or the order is verified (COD or Partial COD). Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways; we do not store your card/UPI credentials. We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unserviceable addresses, with a full refund of any amount paid.

For Partial COD orders, your order is confirmed once the advance shown at checkout is paid and we've verified the order with you. The advance is adjusted against your order total and the balance is payable on delivery. Refunds of the advance, and any permitted deduction for customer-caused non-delivery, follow our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property. All content on this Website — brand name, logo, product photography, text, and design — belongs to Nakhrey and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Grievance Redressal. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order.
