This website, nakhrey.shop ("Nakhrey"), is owned and operated by Nirnay Education & Services Private Limited ("we"), the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. This policy explains how we collect and use your information when you use nakhrey.shop.

1. What we collect. (a) Information you provide: name, delivery address, phone number, email, and order details. (b) Payment information is collected and processed directly by our RBI-authorised payment gateway partners — we never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. (c) Automatically collected: device/browser information, IP address, and browsing behaviour on our store via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it. To process and deliver your orders; to send order confirmations and delivery updates via SMS, email, and WhatsApp; to confirm cash-on-delivery orders before dispatch; to provide customer support; to improve our store; and, with applicable consents, to send you offers and updates (opt out anytime by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link).

3. Who we share it with. Only as needed to serve you: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment gateways, courier and logistics partners (for delivery and tracking), communication providers (WhatsApp/SMS/email), and advertising/analytics platforms (such as Meta and Google) in aggregated or pseudonymised form for measuring and improving our marketing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies & advertising. We use cookies and pixels (including the Meta pixel and Google analytics tools) to remember your cart, understand how the store is used, and measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
